1. How long will my order take to arrive?

      Before purchasing offers, please read the conditions of purchase thoroughly for EDT, 

  • Deals and specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Limited purchases per person
  • Gifting options not available
  • Please provide your delivery address during the payment process, automatic shipping applies
  • Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in redirection will result in additional delivery charges at the buyers expense
  • Strictly No PO Boxes

2. How do I pay for my order?

  • Bank deposit payments accepted – Please note your order will not be shipped out until your bank deposit has cleared your funds.
  • You do not need a PayPal account to make payment via PayPal.
  • No payments will be accepted over the telephone
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received.




3. Hours of business?

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm Excluding most public holidays
  • Weekends 10am to 8pm
