MERCHANT DROP SHIP PROGRAM MANUAL.

Thank you for your interest in joining Kabadeals drop ship & wholesale program.
Please read our information manual before filling in your application form.

Our Customer Service:
•    Our dedicated customer service team will answer all your queries within 24hours, either via email or phone, excluding weekends & public holidays.
High Profitability:
•    Sourcing directly from manufacturers, we provide you with low prices to maximize your profits.
Detailed Product Catalogue Data:
•    Product descriptions, dimensions, information including high resolution images via our drop box system is now at your finger-tips.
•    For information (write up on products) just go to our website at www.kabadeals.com.au  find the item you are wanting to resell and copy and paste all the information for your records.
•    All images in Drop Box are labeled with our SKU number you can type into our search tab on our website
•    Images available in our merchant accounts Drop Box system.
Using Drop Box:
•    Once your account has been approved we will issue you with a merchant account number & a drop box link, giving you full access to all our images, shipping guides and price lists.
Shipping Guide:
•    Please take serious note of the shipping guide as it enables you to understand our shipping availabilities for Australia Wide and New Zealand
•    Some SKU such as 4500 and 2042 have specific shipping costs and requirements along with availability to ship or not ship to postcodes.

Merchant Price list and stock levels.

•    Every evening (after 7pm EST) we email our updated excel spreadsheet drop box link that will display all changes from stock levels to unexpected price increases.
•    Stock Level Spreadsheet displays tabs with SKU numbering at the bottom of the sheet.
•    Any item in red text is currently out of stock.
•    We do not offer back ordering on any of our out of stock items.
•    Once items are back in stock they will be displayed in black text again.
•    Our spreadsheet displays SKU tabs at the bottom of the sheet making it easier for you to locate the pricing and shipping costs for each item.
•    For all Bulk Products ordering via our wholesale program please email us your enquiry.
Our Order & Payment Policy:
•    Our order form for drop shipping can be found on drop box. All you need to do is download it, fill it in and email it to us, it’s that simple.
•    Once we receive your order form we will send you an invoice for payment.
•    Your order will only be processed upon cleared payments.
•    We accept PayPal, EFT/Bank Deposit & Credit card payments
•    All Credit card payments will incur a 2% merchant fee.
•    All payments paid using American Express and AMEX Cards, will incur a $2 transaction fee.
•    Kabadeals remains the owner of all products listed on all invoices until the purchase price is paid in full.
•    If paying via bank transfer your funds will have a 3 business day fund banking clearance policy apply if not transferring funds from a National Bank Account.
•    All ECheque payments via PayPal will result in a delay of goods being dispatched to your customers until fund have cleared. PayPal allow 10days for clearance before cancelling the transaction.
•    We do not offer a credit account, we are a strictly, payment first before dispatching service.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal & Bank deposts & credit cards

If you wish to pay using a Credit Card, you can still do this by selecting PayPal from the payment selection page or call us and we will take your order over the phone.

Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay using a Credit Card on the PayPal web site.

Simply click the appropriate link on the PayPal login screen and follow the prompts to enter your details.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

How long will my order take?

  • Delivery details are collected during the purchase process
  • Your order will be sent automatically with no further redemption action is required.
  • Limited purchases per person.
  • Gifting facilities not available with this offer,
  • Please provide your delivery address when purchasing, automatic shipping applies and no further redemption is required
  • Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in redirection will result in supplier re charging delivery with costs that you will be solely responsible for.
  • Strictly No PO Boxes
  • Your purchase will be delivered to you by the supplier of the product. The estimated delivery time for this product has been provided by the supplier & displayed on item page.
  • Deliveries are made weekdays being Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
  • This product is promoted on the Kabadeals website on behalf of a third party.
  • This product is not manufactured or supplied by Kabadeals.
  • Please make your selection carefully. No changes or cancelations can be made once you have purchased your items. Orders are automatically forwarded to supplier and paid for in full for immediate dispatch.
